New phase of homes opening soon at Royal Parade

Variety of incentives await prospective buyers, but be sure to pre-book appointment

Home hunters looking to join a growing new community in Canterbury need not look any further than Taylor Wimpey’s Royal Parade development. A new phase of homes, located on the former Howe Barracks site off Baldock Road, will be released for sale on Saturday, February 13.

Buyers will have a choice of two-bedroom apartments and two-, three- and four-bedroom homes and can benefit from a variety of incentives to help them to make an easy move to a new home. Royal Parade will offer a host of new facilities for residents including a community orchard, newly equipped play areas and sports pitches. An 11-acre Legacy Park with paths and trails and a children’s play area has recently opened for the local community to enjoy.

Jason Stokes, sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey South East, says:  “We’ve already welcomed many new residents to Royal Parade and it’s great to see a new community growing. We’re delighted to announce the release of a new phase of homes at the development and, with a range of new facilities on the doorstep as well as schools, shops and transport links nearby, the development is a fantastic place to call home.

“Our sales information centre at Royal Parade is open by pre-booked appointment only and we have strict social distancing measures in place to protect the health and safety of our customers and employees. We understand that some people may prefer not to visit us in person and our sales team is on hand to help customers remotely.

“From taking the first step to finding your dream home, all the way through to moving in, we can guide you through every stage of the home buying journey.

“We have a whole range of virtual tours and downloadable guides available to make the process as easy as possible and you can speak to the team at Royal Parade to find out more.”

As well as the homes in the new phase, there is also a choice of two-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom houses in the first phase at Royal Parade which will be ready to move into this year.

Royal Parade is on Baldock Road, Canterbury, CT1 1XH and is open from Thursday to Monday between 10am and 5pm by pre-booked appointment. To book an appointment to visit the development, or to speak to the sales team to find out more about the homes available, visit here.
