Join The Little Mix Experience at the Woodville Halls this half-term, for a jam-packed concert of one of the X Factor’s finest exports, presented by Sweeney Entertainments.
Four hugely talented performers pay tribute to the girl band, with breathtaking dance moves, replica costumes and some of the finest vocals.
Shannan Cairns, choreographer, creative director and Perrie Edwards performer said: “I have danced for many years so I wanted to branch out and become a singer.
“I have always been a fan of Little Mix, so when the opportunity came around to join ‘The Little Mix Experience’ it ticked all the boxes for me – I am able to do lead vocals as well as have the opportunity to choreograph the show.”
Shannan, who has been part of the show since January 2016, feels lucky to have been able to portray her singing hero, even though it involves a significant amount of dedication: “I really idolise Perrie as an artist, her vocal ability is incredible.
“Preparation for our show of course involves lots of make up and hairspray.
“We also make sure we do a vocal warm-up and stretch before each show because of how physical it is; it is very important to look after ourselves.”
Shannan has also enjoyed meeting the other girls who make up the Little Mix tribute, including Aimee Horner (Jessy Nelson), Belle Morgan (Leigh-Ann Pinnock) and Derry Grey (Jade Thirlwall).
