Whitstable & Tankerton Christmas Market – Sunday 26 November 2017
This year’s Whitstable & Tankerton Christmas Market is happening on Sunday 26 November 2017 at Whitstable Junior School, Oxford St, Whitstable, CT5 1DB from 10.30a.m. till 16.00p.m. The Whitstable Junior School is a historic building dating back to 1876.
Stallholders that have booked include Kent Wildlife Trust, Hi-Kent with their wooden Christmas gifts and Christmas cards, Headway running a tombola, East Kent MS Society selling crafts, gift & books, Whitstable & Herne Bay Beekeepers selling honey & beehive products. Other goods on sale include home made textiles, cushions, candles, soap, pocket money toys; bows; luxury skincare, Romney Bears; ladies clothing.
Barretts Motor Company will be displaying the latest from the Citroen and the DS Automobiles ranges if you feel like investing in a new car for Christmas.
Refreshments will be available from the BBQ.
The regular Charity Car Park will be open, this means that stallholders & visitors to the event plus visitors to the town should have no problem with parking during the event. For those visitors on foot, the school is very close to the bus routes to Canterbury & to Herne Bay.

Whitstable FunDay Sunday on Sunday 10 June 2018 due to be held on Tankerton Slopes, Marine Parade, Whitstable CT5 2BE. Attractions are likely to include a fairground; Kent Fire & Rescue Service; many stalls of all sorts; balloon modelling, family entertainment. Tankerton Christmas Market on Sunday 25 November 2018 due to be held at whitstable Castle & Gardens after a two year break away from this beautiful & historic venue. Attractions will include stalls of many different kinds, family entertainment, small fairground rides. Spaces will be available both inside the Castle & outside on hardstanding in the Castle Grounds.
