What Kent pub received a zero hygiene rating from the Food Standards Agency?

It seems a bit odd in the modern world we now live that any pub or restaurant were to have hygiene issues, in fact it is a bit frightening to know that this is indeed the case. The Foods Standards Agency have just announced the results of their findings, whereby premises are given a rating from between 5 and zero. Five being very good to zero being urgent improvement is necessary.
Only one pub in Kent scored the lowest possible zero rating.

It was found hygienic food handling needed improvement and cleanliness and condition of facilities and the building also needed improvement.
Inspectors also found safety staff’s management of food safety needed urgent improvement.
