Living history, big band performances including The Glenn Miller Orchestra and The Hotsie Totsies, live vintage music, Traditional Seaside Fun, Best Dressed Competitions, all of this NEW alongside everything you know and love on site; dancing, re-enactments, wartime displays – Home Front and Military, Air Raid Experiences, climb on board a Second World War Destroyer, Spitfire and Hurricane static aircraft displays, 1940’s Bombed Out Street, ’40s genuine and replica shopping

This year’s 1940’s Evening Dance will be held on the Saturday night at 7pm on the beautiful No. 3 Slip Mezzanine (a scheduled ancient monument!) Put on your dancing shoes and get ready to lindy hop, swing and jive. Tickets will go on sale in May and are limited so get them quick! We will have a 1940’s DJ, cabaret style seating, HUGE dancefloor space. Plan your evening outfits now! *There will be a bar and food available at an additional cost. * These tickets are sold separately to entry tickets for the event.
